The Gourmet Grill had to solve the problem of increasing sales of ready-to-eat foods ordered via the Internet. The client wanted a solution where the customers could view the menu and change the order as per their preference and place the order online for the payment. I developed the WordPress based website featuring online ordering system with visibility of the orders being placed and features a simple and easy to use user interface.
It was specifically designed for responsiveness because some of the clients would be ordering via phone. Specifically, The Gourmet Grill received more orders from its launched website, thus, increasing its sales and customers’ satisfaction. The specific comments received from the client relate to satisfaction with the efficient working of the online system that improved their ability to deliver services.
